▣ Contest Rules


① Time permitted: 75 Minutes to finish 1 hand of Acrylic Sculpture.
② The model’s natural nails may be prepared for product application before the competition commencement.
Product may NOT be applied until the competition has commenced.

③ Sheer pink, clear, natural ACRYLIC products may be used. No color Acrylic or Glitters of any Kind are permitted

④ Buffed to high shine.

⑤ Oil, acetone, under file, c curve stick, tweezers, buffing products may be used.

⑥ No consideration will be given for any pre-existing damage to the model’s nails, cuticles or hands.

⑦ Nail sculpture forms must be flat and uncut.

⑧ For artificial nail enhancement competitions, the nail should be finished to the expected competition style nails, which are sleek, beautiful and clean.
The competition nail should be finished with the following considerations.

* Nail shape must be suitable and complimentary to the models hands.
* The length should be longer the 1/2 and less than 1 of the nail bed.
* The nail bed is measured from the cuticle to centre of the smile line.
* Length is measured from centre of the smile to the free edge.
* C-curves should be consistent from nail to nail and should be 30%-40%of the circle.
* Free edge should even, consistent and no thicker than the thickness of the business card.

⑧ Free edge (thinness).
⑨ A balance of convex and concave

② The model’s natural nails may be prepared for product application before the competition commencement.
Product may NOT be applied until the competition has commenced.

③ Only silk must be used (Fiberglass not allow)

④ Any type of Glue and Filler allow.

⑤ Buffed to high shine.

⑥ Oil, acetone, c curve stick, tweezers, buffing products may be used.

⑦ No consideration will be given for any pre-existing damage to the model’s nails, cuticles or hands.

⑧ Nail silk must be flat and uncut.
